Electronic Record Management System

İNOVERA Electronic Record Management System is an integrated product that can work in integration with other software both between İNOVERA products and in internal and external correspondence of institutions.

The organization chart and position hierarchy provided by the Organization Management Information System are used in the document flow by the Electronic Record Management System. As soon as a new employee is registered in the Personnel Information System, the position hierarchy is automatically updated and used by the Electronic Record Management System.

Applications developed by the institution can use Electronic Record Management System services to include the documents they produce in the Electronic Record Management System and to initiate the signature processes.
